Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to products and services sold by Patton Archer Corporation, doing business as PlayMaker ("PlayMaker," "we," "our," or "us"). At PlayMaker, we strive to provide products and services that our customers can rely on. Because we offer both digital subscriptions and physical products, different refund terms apply depending on what you purchase.
1. Digital Subscriptions
PlayMaker subscriptions, including Premium features and Tournament Management services, are digital products. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will prevent future recurring charges. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a billing issue, please contact us at admin@playmakerapp.io. We will review billing issues on a case-by-case basis.
2. Physical Products
Physical products purchased through PlayMaker, including the TAG One Radar and other eligible merchandise, may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they:

Are in their original condition;

Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation; and

Have not been damaged due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Return Shipping Logistics: Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping, purchasing a shipping label at the post office or via their preferred carrier, and covering all associated costs. PlayMaker does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the product arrived damaged. All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
3. Shipping Damage and Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact PlayMaker at admin@playmakerapp.io within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the damaged product and packaging, if applicable
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4. Manufacturer Defects
Manufacturer defects are handled in accordance with the applicable manufacturer's warranty or return policy. For TAG One Radar devices, products with manufacturer defects may be eligible for repair, replacement, or other remedies through TAG Sports within 90 days of purchase, subject to TAG Sports' policies and evaluation.
Customers may contact either PlayMaker (at admin@playmakerapp.io) or TAG Sports directly for assistance. If you contact PlayMaker, we will gladly help facilitate the warranty process and direct you to the appropriate support resources.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law:

Digital subscriptions or software services for completed billing periods;

Digital downloads;

Products damaged through misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications;

Clearance or final sale items identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
6. Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect product or a product determined to be defective under the applicable manufacturer's policy, we may facilitate an exchange or replacement, subject to product availability and the manufacturer's warranty process.
7. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return, report shipping damage, or inquire about a manufacturer defect, please contact PlayMaker at admin@playmakerapp.io with:

Your order number;

A description of the issue; and
-
Any supporting photos or documentation.
If your request qualifies for a return, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
